A spatial distribution map of Rabies virus infection in the whole mouse brains by different infection routes were provided in this study. Here, we shared the raw fMOST-imaging data of Rabies virus infection by the intramuscular (i.m.), the otic subcutaneous (o.s.), or the intranasal (i.n.) route.

Raw data:
Whole-brain distribution of RABV infection by the intramuscular (i.m.) route.
Whole-brain distribution of RABV infection by the otic subcutaneous (o.s.) route.
Whole-brain distribution of RABV infection by the intranasal (i.n.) route.
