Introduction

This software is designed for analyzing the mouse brain slice image got by the traditional method like vibratome or freezing microtome. The spot-shape signals (e.g. neuronal soma, nucleus) on the slice could be recognized, and the slice could be registered to the Allen Mouse Brain Common Coordinate Framework (CCFv3) in a semi-automatic method. The user could receive the signal distribution in each brain region, and it would help in the neuroscience study.
